Welcome to TagLog.io. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TagLog.io service ("Service") provided by DEVSAGA PR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using, or registering for TagLog.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Service.
TagLog.io provides cloud-based log management with limited log retention, collaboration, and alerting functionality for free users. Pro subscription users gain access to enhanced collaboration features and AI-powered tools to automate and optimize log analysis. The Company reserves the right to offer promotional discounts at its sole discretion.
By utilizing the Service, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms, as well as with any applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights in your use of the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in the TagLog.io branding, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, and proprietary technologies, remain the exclusive property of DEVSAGA PR. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service, contingent upon compliance with these Terms. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TagLog.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall the Company, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will no longer have access to any associated features. The Company is not liable for any claims or damages related to the termination of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Serbia.
